<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte economical, environment-friendly, excellent in forming property and durability, small in dimensional variation or mechanical characteristic variation especially between a dry state and a wet state; and to provide the utilization of the polymer electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: A block/graft copolymer contains phase separating polymer blocks (A), (B), and (C), and (A) contains a vinyl compound unit as the principal repeating unit and has an ionic conductive group; (B) contains a vinyl compound unit capable of forming a soft phase as the principal repeating unit capable of forming a soft phase and forming the soft phase; (C) is a polymer block containing an aromatic vinyl compound unit as the principal repeating unit or a crystalline polyolefin block, and forming a constraint phase, and the ionic conductive group is practically present in only the (A).
