摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed magnetic circuit core and its manufacturing method, which consists of nano crystal alloy having a high saturation magnetic field and a high lamination factor. <P>SOLUTION: Amorphous alloy material whose composition is expressed as Fe<SB>100-a-b-c</SB>M<SB>a</SB>Si<SB>b</SB>B<SB>c</SB>(atom%) is wound around to make it a tape wound core, thermal annealing for nano crystallization is performed impressing 5 or more or 500 MPa or less pressure to the circumferential side of this tape wound core, to manufacture the closed magnetic circuit core of which the saturation magnetic field is 200 A/m or more and the lamination factor is 80% or more.
