<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive press molding device working at high speed and used for powder molding or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The press molding device capable of simultaneously performing press molding and sintering comprises: a molding die for molding a sample; a pressurizing means having a cylinder mechanism performing a rectilinear motion; a heating means for making pulse-like current in which on-off time is controlled flow through the sample and performing electric heating; a controlling means for synchronizing the motion period of the cylinder and the frequency of the pulse current and performing electric heating. According to this invention, molding and sintering are performed in a short period of time without using a molding binder to a compact sintered member, thus the molding and sintering can be performed in an energy saving manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
