<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To outstandingly enhance convenience of a passenger by informing a passenger side of specific guide information such as the registration state of wheel chair landing call, the crowded state, the emergency operation state, the rest state, the inspection state and car arrival forecasting without installing exclusive communication equipment such as a wireless LAN equipment and without giving bad influence to a human body. <P>SOLUTION: An LED 14 installed in a car 3 or the like is flashed at a high speed based on data output from an elevator control device 2.
