<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in time required for diagnostic processing and to diagnose the entire areas in a memory about a memory diagnostic method, a microcomputer system and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The microcomputer provided with a CPU and a memory is configured so as to download a memory diagnostic program from the outside, divide the memory into two areas or more, store the memory diagnostic program and a work area in one area and repeatedly diagnose other areas while dynamically switching work areas during executing the memory diagnostic program to thereby diagnose the entire areas of the memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
