摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability human resource introduction system and method, allowing a job hunter to easily and rapidly acquire detailed information related to an employment place enterprise, and allowing acquisition of a job (or a job change) after the job hunter (and a job change destination enterprise) assent. <P>SOLUTION: A human resource introduction company 2 previously establishes an anonymous consultation office having a retrieval system 32 and a remote conference system 31 allowing access by a network. The human resource introduction company 2 contracts with the job change destination enterprise 4 and a representative employee thereof, and receives registration of the job hunter 1. The registered job hunter 1 acquires information about the job change destination enterprise 4 from the retrieval system 32 through a terminal 11 before determining the employment place enterprise, selects the desired job change destination enterprise 4, and can directly acquire the necessary information from the employee 5 of the job change destination enterprise 4 or can perform consultation, by use of the remote conference system 31 as the need arises. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
