<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To track an user's activity in real time without installing a special program to an EC site. <P>SOLUTION: An EC site 2 provides to an user terminal 1 an entry page which includes an image source tag including an ID of the EC site, when a session is changed from a partner site 3 to the EC site by an user's clicking of an advertising banner of a partner site 3, and a tracking server site 4 receives this tag through the user terminal. The site 4 makes to assign an unique key at this session, and store it in the user terminal. The site 4 also creates the ID of the EC site and a session data including an IP address and the unique key of the user terminal.
