PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a frame-like member from being broken when thermal expansion occurs.
SOLUTION: Machine screws 42 inserted into through holes 40a, 40b in a radiator plate 23 are screwed into tapped holes 31, 38 in the frame-like member 21, and the radiator plate 22 is thereby fixed on the frame-like member 21. At least one 40a of the multiple through holes 40a, 40b is substantially oval. When the radiator plate 22 of metal and the frame-like member 21 of synthetic resin are thermally expanded, the distance between the through holes 40a, 40b in the radiator plate 22 higher in coefficient of thermal expansion becomes larger than the distance between the tapped holes 31, 38 in the frame-like member 21. Since the machine screw 42 screwed into either tapped hole 38 is moved relative to the substantially oval through hole 40a, however, stress produced in the frame-like member 21 is reduced.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
|
