METHOD OF APPLYING COATING SOLUTION, APPLICATOR USED THEREFOR AND ITS DESIGNING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of applying a coating solution by which production of appearance inferiority such as a peculiar seam is reduced when the coating solution with aging is applied onto an object to be applied by using a die, and to provide an applicator used therefor and a designing process of the applicator.

SOLUTION: In the method of applying the coating solution, the coating solution containing dispersed particles is applied onto the object to be applied by using the die. Flow of the coating solution in a manifold 5 provided inside the die is made so that a width direction deviation of an average flow rate of the coating solution is 60% or less of the average flow rate in a manifold 5 whole region within at least 80% region from a liquid feed part 8 till an end pat P in the manifold 5.
