<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser welding equipment where the focusing position of laser beams can be easily found. <P>SOLUTION: A pilot laser light source for outputting two pilot laser beams 201 of visible light is arranged in such a manner that they pass through the outermost circumferential part of the luminous flux of a laser beam for welding. Upon focusing (b), the two pilot laser beams are shown as one. Upon the cases of non-focussing (a) and (b), they are shown as two points. The focal position (focal distance) of the laser beam for welding or the emission position of the laser beam for welding is controlled so that the two pilot laser beams 201 are shown as one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
