PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a magnetically floating apparatus for considering an effect of an offset voltage, and always implementing stable floating control. SOLUTION: An excitation voltage value is obtained, and saved in a voltage saving section 154 when a target value of a coil current is set to zero by a target value setting section 150. A voltage input compensating section 156 subtracts an excitation voltage value as an offset voltage value saved in the voltage saving section 154 from the excitation voltage value supplied to a driver 116, and obtains a compensation value of the excitation voltage. The compensation value is applied to a resistance calculating section 158 so as to measure coil resistance. The floating control is implemented based on the coil resistance. Since the offset voltage fluctuated due to an increase in temperature is considered, the stable floating control can be always implemented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
