PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera which can improve operability. SOLUTION: A field is perceived by an image sensor 14. A CPU 24 adjusts an imaging condition in response to a half pressing operation of a shutter button 28s, and in response to a full pressing operation after the half pressing operation, a field image perceived by the image sensor 14 is recorded in a recording medium 46. Also, a difference between an execution timing of the half pressing operation and an execution timing of the full pressing operation is calculated, and difference information indicating calculation results is assigned to the field recorded. The field recorded in the recording medium 46 is transferred to a PC 50 in order based on the difference information assigned.
