PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite tube for lining a conduit which is hard to get flaws even if scale sticking to the inside surface of the conduit is present when the tube is drawn in an existing conduit, and capable of being easily drawn into the conduit suppressing increase in the outside diameter. SOLUTION: A protective tape winding layer 4, an inner pressure reinforcement layer 5, a protective tape winding layer 6, a corrosion-proof layer 7, and an outside flaw preventing spiral tube 2 are sequentially provided on the outer periphery of a resin inner tube 1 molded by extrusion. The outside flaw preventing spiral tube 2 is formed by winding, in spiral, a metal tape 3 which is bent in S shape, in cross section, for engagement at both edges, while both edges are engaged.
