PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a foamed resin molded article which can raise the appearance nature of the foamed resin molded article. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the foamed resin molded article is characterized by melting a thermoplastic matrix resin 11 by kneading and a blowing agent master batch 12 having a melting tension higher than the melting tension of the thermoplastic matrix resin in the case of molding the foamed resin molded article, impregnating foamed resin 25 which consists of the thermoplastic matrix resin melted by kneading, and blowing agents master batch is impregnated into a shaping mold 5, and carrying out foaming and molding of the foamed resin in the shaping mold.
