PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a fiber-reinforced resin molded article which can acquire the reinforcement effectiveness by fiber effectively by inhibiting that the fiber takes the shape of incidental looping in the fiber-reinforced resin molded article. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the fiber-reinforced resin molded article P containing the fiber F, a first thermoplastic matrix resin M1, and a second thermoplastic matrix resin M2 with a temperature which can be minimum molded higher than the first thermoplastic matrix resin is characterized by coating of the fiber with the second thermoplastic matrix resin, mulling and molding the fiber and the first thermoplastic matrix resin by which coating is carried out with the second thermoplastic matrix resin at the temperature or less of the second thermoplastic matrix resin that can be minimum molded to the temperature higher than the temperature or higher than the minimum molding temperature of the first thermoplastic matrix resin. Moreover, in the manufacturing process of the fiber-reinforced resin molded article, the fiber bundle which consists of a plurality of fibers is coated with the second thermoplastic matrix resin.
