PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger which has taken into consideration easy attachment an detachment of a battery. SOLUTION: The device having a charging function of the battery is provided with a pushing-up operating unit of the battery and has a charging terminal movable interlocked with an rotating body or a lever of the charger. When the rotating body or the lever is opened, connection of the charger terminal and the battery terminal is disconnected and, when the rotating body is closed, the connection of the charger terminal and the battery terminal can be secured in the charger.
