PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enjoy video replay to the last until arrival to a destination without delaying an arrival time. SOLUTION: When determined that a video replay residual time is longer than an arrival estimated time to the destination, replay speed is calculated so that the video replay is finished until the arrival estimated time to the destination elapses (S302), and an instruction is issued to a video replay device 1 so that the video replay is performed at the calculated replay speed.
