PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coming-off prevention device for a spring pin capable of securely preventing the spring pin from coming off even if the spring pin or a nut is loosened. SOLUTION: This coming-off prevention device for preventing coming-off of the spring pin 4 for fixing an end part of a leaf spring 3 to a bracket 2 provided in a frame 1 pivotally and locking the spring pin 4 is provided with the spring pin 4 provided with a puller connection part 4c having smaller diameter than outside diameter of a head part 4a on a top face of the head part 4a by protruding it and a stopper 6 having a mounting part 6b bent along a lower face of the bracket 2 from a lower end of an engaging part 6a along a plane crossing the axial direction of the pin 4 orthogonally and having substantially L-shaped cross section. While the connection part 4c is protruded and exposed from a relief groove 6c formed in the engaging part 6a of the stopper 6 by cutting in from an upper fringe and having substantially the same width as outside diameter of the connection part 4c and a rear surface of the engaging part 6a is abutted on the top face of the head part 4a, the mounting part 6b is abutted on a lower face of the bracket 2 from below and is fixed by a screw to prevent the spring pin 4 from falling away by the stopper 6.
