PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor with a stable output signal even when a temperature is abruptly varied. SOLUTION: This torque sensor 16 has the first holder 30 made of a magnetic substance held with the first coil 28, the second holder 31 made of a magnetic substance held with the second coil 29, a metal housing 21 storing the first and second holders 30, 31, a disc spring 32 or spacers 43, 44 as the first interposed body interposed between the first holder 30 and the housing 21, and for supporting the second holder 31 along an axial direction S, and a spacer 33 as the second interposed body interposed between the second holder 31 and the housing 21, and for supporting the second holder 31 along the axial direction S. The disc spring 32 is made of metal, and point-contacts or line-contacts substantially with the first holder 30. The spacers 43, 44 are made of a synthetic resin.
