PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional information measuring apparatus, capable of measuring three-dimensional information of photographic subjects from various lines of sight, and attaining size reduction and cost reduction and lightening the load on the control system, etc. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional information measuring apparatus is provided with a mounting base, having a rotatable rotating and mounting surface for mounting a photographic object; an imaging means for imaging the object on the rotating and mounting surface; a folding support part for supporting the imaging means at the mounting base, in such a way as to be moved freely and holding the imaging means, in such a way as to maintain an approximately constant distance between the rotating and mounting surface and the imaging means, when it is unfolded and orient its line of sight onto the rotating and mounting surface; and a support part restricting means for restricting the movement of the support part, in such a way that the position of the imaging means to the mounting base is fixed to any one of a plurality of restricting positions.
