PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor device that can detect a tested matter at a high sensitivity, has a carrier of high operability capable of fixing a measured object or a matter for capture at a high density, and can rapidly measure the concentration of the tested matter, and to provide a concentration measuring method of the tested matter using the biosensor device. SOLUTION: The biosensor device comprises a cell for measurement having a film-like carrier capable of passing a measured sample of liquid, a cell holder capable of mounting the cell for measurement, a light radiation section for radiating light to the film-like carrier in the cell for measurement mounted on the cell holder, a light receiving section for receiving at least one of the reflected light and transmitted light from the film-like carrier and measuring the received light quantity.
