PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker including an operation panel for inputting cooking conditions such as a cooking time, improving design and operability of the operation panel. SOLUTION: In this heating cooker, the operation panel is disposed in a suitable place of a cooker body, and a plurality of touch keys for detecting the input operation according to a change in electrostatic capacity are disposed on the operation panel. The operation panel is formed of translucent material, the touch keys are printed on the back of the operation panel, and further an illuminating lamp is disposed on the back of the operation panel, whereby when the illuminating lamp is extinguished, the touch keys are invisible from the front. A control means for controlling flashing light is provided, and the control means is adapted to light the illuminating lamp whenever any of touch keys is operated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
