PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant air conditioning system with power saving energy, preventing environmental pollution by circulating hot water produced by solar energy. SOLUTION: In this desiccant air conditioning system, an inlet part 2 having an inlet passage for introducing outside air and dehumidifying it and an exhaust part 3 having an exhaust passage for heating the outside air and discharging it as regenerated outside air to the outside are formed by providing a partition 4, a dehumidifying rotor 7 for dehumidifying the outside air passing the inlet passage side and regenerating a dehumidifier by the outside air passing the exhaust passage side is disposed extending over the inlet passage and the exhaust passage, a multi-stage indirect type vaporizing and cooling device 8 having a function of adjusting high-temperature/dried outside air passed through the dehumidifying rotor on the inlet passage side to the moderate temperature and low humidity is disposed in the inlet passage to supply the moderate temperature and low humidity air to the interior, on the other hand, the outside air sucked in the exhaust passage or return air from the interior of the room is passed through a warming coil 7 which circulates hot water or hot air heated by a sensible heat rotor or solar energy, and the heated outside air is discharged to the outside of the apparatus through the dehumidifying rotor.
