PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove box for food processing, facilitating installation to various food processing lines and suitable transposition, and also facilitating reduction of cost for installation and installation in an overseas processing place. SOLUTION: A cylindrical box made of an air-tight sheet is installed bridging over a stream channel 1 in the floor surface F of a food processing place to be aligned with each other in the longitudinal direction, flaps 5a, 5b connected to the lower edge of a side wall surface 2 can be folded along the floor surface F, and the overlap of two or more flaps 5a, 5b opposite to each other in folding is invaginated in the stream channel 1 to be recessed like a groove, so that the top face of the uppermost flap 5a is used like the groove wall to form a flowing water passage 10, whereby the cylindrical box having the floor surface including the water flowing passage 10 is formed, a required food processing equipment is accommodated in the cylindrical box to construct this food processing glove box. The side wall surface 2 of the box is provided with working holes 3 formed for putting in the hands, and a long glove-like food processing glove 4 is connected to each of the working holes 3.
