PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize reliable water stop sealing of a gap terminal and also actualize pouring and filling of fixing filler giving no ill effects to the water stop sealing without complicating construction. SOLUTION: The opening device 10 is formed by combining a center hall type filling member 22 individually having a filling port 18 and a discharging port 20 in the peripheral face communicatively with a gap 16 and a terminal water stop member 24 as a ring member ring-mountable at the end of an inserted-in pipe and insertable into the filling member. A jack means 28 and a tension means 30 are further assembled on the combination of the filling member 22 and the terminal water stop member 24. This results in adaptability to a sheathed pipe repairing method using a supporting technique with a tension wire rod 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
