PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile type mooring device allowing easy maintenance and capable of following in all azimuths a change of a tide level and a seawater flow. SOLUTION: This mooring device is constituted of a plurality of tubular piles 1 one of which is fixed to a sea bottom, and the other of which projects to a seawater surface. Resistors 2 are internally fitted to freely move in the axial direction in each pile 1. A vertical slit 1a is provided in the axial direction on a side wall of each pile 1. The resistors 2 and a floating structure 4 floating on the seawater surface are linked by a mooring rope 3 through the vertical slit 1a, and the resistors 2 are constituted to move in the pile 1 by following vertical movement of the floating structure 4. This device therefore is capable of following a change of a large oscillating range. Damping force can be promoted in relation to left/right rocking and rolling of the floating structure 4.
