PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize good brake feeling in brake control using feedback control law. SOLUTION: When correcting target deceleration, a proportional gain Pgain is decreased as an absolute value of depressing speed of a brake pedal is increased. An integral correction coefficient HoseiI is decreased to decrease the influence of integral gain. Therefore, during a period until the deceleration of a vehicle reaches the target deceleration, the transitional influence of shifted feedback gain can be reduced, and the deceleration during that period can be suppressed. Furthermore, the influence of the integral gain when the depressing speed of the brake pedal is eased is reduced, and brake feeling can be kept stable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
