PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly and easily fix a top plate support member on an upper end of a leg column. SOLUTION: A base end part 21 of the to plate support member 7 forming an inclined surface facing outside on an inner surface 23 and including a part of engaged part 22 on both sides is fitted between a plurality of upward engagement part 16 at a circumference edge part of a pedestal 6 on an upper end of the leg column 5. An inner surface 23 of the top plate support member 7 is pressed outward from an outer circumference surface of a downward projection projecting from a lower surface by fastening a top plate seat 8 by a bolt 9.
