The method involves providing proxy-servers in respective networks, and replicating information regarding a cryptographic security of a connection in the proxy server, which has been stored before the loss in an application layer in another proxy server. The replicated information is used for production of a safety arrangement between the proxy severs and a user unit in the proxy server. Encoding of messages is implemented based on the usage of the replicated information.
