A needle member of a root canal sealer for teeth treatment and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to maintain firm fixing state by adhering a needle having a coupling protrusion to a filling material injection portion of a cap. A needle member of a root canal sealer for teeth treatment includes a needle(10) and a cap(20) fixed on one side of the needle(10) and having a screw coupling portion(22) and a filling material injection portion(24). A first discharge path(12) having a large diameter and a second discharge path(14) having a small diameter are formed in a longitudinal direction of the needle(10). A ring shaped protrusion type coupling end(16) is formed by expanding one side end disposed on the first discharge path(12). The coupling end(16) is adhered to the inner wall of the filling material injection portion(24).
