PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution that can provide a battery which has a high capacity, superior storing characteristics, and cycle characteristics, and to provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution battery that is manufactured by using it.

SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing an electrolyte and a nonaqueous solvent that dissolves this, the nonaqueous electrolytic solution contains at least one kind or more of compounds which are expressed by formula (1) or (2) (In the formula (1), R1and R2are alkyl groups, R3, R4, R5, and R6are hydrogen atoms, fluorine atoms, or alkyl groups. In the formula (2), R7and R8are alkyl groups, while R9and R10are hydrogen atoms, fluorine atoms, or alkyl groups. However, at least one of R9, R10is an alkyl group).
