<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance contract system with which an appropriate insurance contract, an insurance contracting method, a mobile mounted device, a server and an insurance contract program can be concluded. <P>SOLUTION: An onboard device 101 mounted on a vehicle and a center server 102 transmit and receive information, the onboard device 101 measures position information of the vehicle, the center server 102 determines whether the travel distance of the vehicle is within the range of an insurance contract on the basis of the position information of the vehicle transmitted from the onboard device 101, prepares a contract update screen for the insurance contract to be transmitted to the onboard device 101 on the basis of the determination result, and transmits the prepared contract update screen to the onboard device 101.
