<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method, a mounting program, a component mounting device which can recover a mounting error, being suitable for mounting a modular type component. <P>SOLUTION: The component mounting method is for the component mounting device provided with a multi-mounting head which holds two or more components at once and equips a substrate with the held components one by one. In the case that a series of operation for one time in a repetition of a series of operation such as mounting, suction of components and moving by the multi-mounting head, movement, and a component group transferred and mounted by the series operation for one time are made into a task, the mounting method comprises: a mounting operation information acquisition step for acquiring mounting operation information; a mounting judging step for judging whether mounting is normally completed based on mounting operation information acquired by the mounting operation information acquisition step; and recovery steps S211-S213 for re-mounting the components which are not mounted normally till the beginning of the next task of a task wherein abnormalities in mounting occur, it became unusual mounting, when it is judged that mounting is abnormal by the mounting judging step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
