<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a circulation loop in which a liquid cleaner injected into a tube spread all over a scale surface, the cleaner is supplied in a large quantity, and which is not influenced by generated gas, thereby continuously circulating the detergent in the tube. <P>SOLUTION: In this scale removing method, an organic acid liquid cleaner for removing scales adhering to the inside of the tube (Y) of a heat exchanger (X) is circulated in the tube and supplied, thereby roughly removing scales in the tube, cleaning the inside of the tube with water to collect the liquid cleaner, drying the inner surface of the tube with an air blow, and jetted raw material is sprayed to the inner surface of the tube. In the apparatus, the circulating pump (2) is connected to the tank (1) retaining the liquid cleaner, a discharge port of the pump is connected to a distributor (3) having one or a plurality of discharge ports, one or a plurality of tubes are connected to the discharge ports of the distributor, one end of the tube is connected to a filter (4), and one end of the filter is connected to the tank to form a circulating loop for the liquid cleaner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
