摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device of a belt type continuously variable transmission capable of suppressing increase of a pressure oil leakage amount in a supply path of pressure oil for operating an advancement/retreat switching device. SOLUTION: The belt type continuously variable transmission 6 is provided in a path from a power source to a wheel. The belt type continuously variable transmission 6 is configured by having a belt 28 wrapped around an input pulley 20 and an output pulley 21, and has hydraulic control mechanisms 50 and 56 for the input pulley for controlling pinching force given from the input pulley 20 to the belt 28. The path from the power source to the belt type continuously variable transmission 6 is provided with the hydraulic control type advancement/retreat switching device. In the hydraulic control device of a belt type continuously variable transmission, the hydraulic control mechanisms 50 and 56 for the input pulley include a mechanism 56 for generating a first signal pressure for controlling pinching force given from the input pulley 20 to the belt 28, and is provided with an operation pressure control valve 42 for controlling operating oil pressure for controlling the advancement/retreat switching device based on the first signal pressure.
