PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle warning and guiding device capable of outputting warning and guidance while sufficiently taking a travelling lane of one's own vehicle into consideration for reducing output of unnecessary warning and guidance and improving safety of driving. SOLUTION: This vehicle warning and guiding device is provided with a determination device 23, which determines whether output of warning for preventing a collision against another vehicle detected by other vehicle detectors 6 and 14 and output of guidance about driving operation accompanying the warning are necessary or not based on the traveling lane of the own vehicle detected by traveling lane detectors 5 and 18, and an output processing device 24 outputting warning and guidance only when necessity for output of the warning and guidance is determined by the determination device 23.
