PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guiding device for a vehicle enabling a third person to cope quickly with a trouble, when the vehicle unintentionally enters an avoiding area. SOLUTION: When the vehicle strays off from a guiding route and unintentionally enters the avoiding area A, a car navigation device uploads avoiding area entrance information showing a spot from which the vehicle enters the avoiding area A or the like to a manager in an information center. Hereby, the manager starts vehicle monitoring. In this case, the car navigation device re-searches for a route capable of escaping from the avoiding area A in the shortest time, performs guidance along a guiding route re-searched for, and uploads avoiding area escape information showing a spot for escaping from the avoiding area A, a predicted time or the like to the manager.
