PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable which has no deterioration of carrier signal performance. SOLUTION: The cable 10 is composed of a cable jacket 16 regulating an elongated cable core, a conductor assembly with four of conductor twist pairs arranged alongwith the core and a plurality of parallel, elongated, local and similar expanded parts in an internal surface of the cable jacket. The expanded parts in the internal surface are practically separated equidistant to prevent the conductor assembly to contact with the internal surface. In one example of application, the expanded part is formed by a string of a filler element between the cable jacket and cable core and is wound spirally along with the cable core with the core as a center. A separator spline has an approximately H-shaped cross section and is composed of a first elongated divided strip and a second elongated divided strip arranged in parallel. The spline is twisted spirally in a lengthwise direction. In another example of application, the separator spline and an insulating part surrounding the conductor twist pair are made of a material having the same dielectricity constant.
