PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power saving-type oxygen producing equipment and an oxygen producing method using the same, capable of increasing a producing ability in summer of high air temperature. SOLUTION: This oxygen producing equipment is provided with an atomization room comprising a water-jet device at a front side of an air compressor, and this oxygen producing method uses the oxygen producing equipment.
