PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of incongruity on auditory sensation of an operator even when a stream error occurs. SOLUTION: When acquiring header information of an SBR header, a BaseCodecDecode part 11 comes into a state capable of decoding both of a BaseCodec part and an SBR part. Thereafter, also when an error occurs, only decoding of the BaseCodec part is carried out only when analysis data length and data length information of the SBR part are not in conformity with each other. As the result of this, compared with the case that only the decoded BaseCodec data are output after an error occurs, the sense of incongruity on auditory sensation can be reduced as far as possible.
