PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device where mix of air bubbles into piping can be prevented without enlarging a tank. SOLUTION: A plurality of projecting bodies 3d (sealing structures) forming a plate are arranged on an inner wall 3c of an upper face side of the tank 3 storing cooling liquid 7 inside. A flow rate of circulating cooling liquid 7 is reduced and the air bubbles 21 are caused in the tank 3 (a). When a cooling processing is continued for long time, the air bubbles 21 caused in the tank 3 increase. A plurality of the air bubbles 21 are sealed (trapped) by the projecting bodies 3d (b).
