PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which an erroneous operation of an internal circuit can be prevented by discriminating a noise from an original signal and interrupting the noise before its propagation to the internal circuit if the noise is applied. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device has a transmission control circuit NOR1 in which potential input into an input terminal 20 is supplied to a first terminal A via an inverter (delay element) INV1, a control signal is input into a second terminal B and the potential input into the first terminal A is controlled and prevented from being transmitted to the internal circuit on the basis of a HIGH logic of the control signal; and a control circuit 30 for controlling the logic of the control signal on the basis of the potential level input into the input terminal 20. The control circuit 30 includes a first P-type transistor 32 formed in a floating N-type well 40, a first power source potential is supplied to a gate of the first P-type transistor 32, an input terminal is connected to a source of the first P-type transistor and a drain of the first P-type transistor is connected to a second terminal B of the transmission control circuit NOR1.
