PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact structure which has a simple structural shape, and in which electric connection can be obtained surely. SOLUTION: The contact structure 1 is provided, in which wherein both of a first conductive contact member 11 and a second conductive contact member 21 are electrically connected by mutual contact of respective contacts, the first conductive contact member 11 has a groove shaped contact part 11c that is formed with a plate member and that is extended in one direction while the cross section is seen as nearly a V shape to inside by making a first inclined face 11c1 and a second inclined face 11c2 face opposed to each other, and in which the second conductive contact member 21 has a protrusion contact part 21c that is formed with a wire material and protruded in a U shape or V shape along one direction toward the groove shaped contact part 11c, wherein the protrusion contact part 21c is contacted with both of the first inclined face 11c1 and the second inclined face 11c2 in the groove shaped contact part 11c, thereby the first conductive contact member 11 and the second conductive contact member 21 are electrically connected.
