PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle monitor performing movement monitoring of a vehicle from a parking place at low cost, and capable of performing coping without imposing a burden on a user even if the vehicle of a monitoring target changes. SOLUTION: This vehicle monitor disposed in a stop position of the vehicle on a road surface, monitoring movement of the vehicle has: a wheel stopper part having a contact face contacting with a wheel of the vehicle, an opening part opened in a part of the contact face, and a projecting part formed projectingly right and left, and an upper side of the opening part; a contact detection part provided movably forward and backward from the opening part, moving forward from an upper edge of the projecting part in time of non-contact with the wheel, and moving backward to a position inside the upper edge of the projecting part in time of contact with the wheel to detect the contact with the wheel; and an output part outputting that the vehicle moves on the basis of a detection result by the contact detection part.
