PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent powder raw materials from solidifying by stirring the raw materials in a powder raw material box with a large stirring force. SOLUTION: The cup type automatic vending machine is provided with a wheel 6, an agitator plate 11, and a projecting section 12. When the projecting section 12 formed on the side face of the wheel 6 rotationally moves along the bottom face of the agitator plate 11 according as the wheel 6 rotates, the agitator plate 11 rocks up and down. Thus, it is possible to uniformly configure a cup type automatic vending machine for stirring the power raw materials 2 in a powder raw material box 1 with a large stirring power, and for preventing the solidification of the powder raw materials 2.
