PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable and high precision positioning coordinate under the condition that a receiver of a mobile GPS station is not fixed on the ground. SOLUTION: The positioning computer for calculating a positioning coordinate using a corded pseudo measurement value and a carrier wave phase measurement value measured between a plurality of GPS satellite and the GPS receiver, and receives the input of phase measured value of carrier wave of reference station and the mobile station, and calculates the differential amount of measurement value between the phase measurement value of reference station carrier wave and the phase measurement value of a mobile station carrier wave, by using the differential amount of measurement value, the phase bias amount of filter smoothed carrier wave is calculated by filter smoothing on the time sequence of phase bias of the carrier wave is calculated. The filter smoothed presumed value of the positioning coordinate to a plurality of epoch are calculated and output by using the filter smoothing measurement value residual and the phase vias amount of filter smoothing carrier wave.
