PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly recognize a user by a security camera even if the user rides in a car from any door of a front side door or a back surface side door. SOLUTION: The security camera 4 becomes reference attitude directed just below during traveling of the car 1. Further, when the front side door 2 performs opening action, it is turned from the reference attitude to first attitude by a camera drive part 5 so as to photograph the user M1 riding while passing through the front side door 2. Further, when the back surface side door 3 performs opening action, it is turned from the reference attitude to second attitude by the camera drive part 5 so as to photograph the user M2 riding while passing through the back surface side door 3.
