PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve packaging that excels in light shielding properties and moistureproof properties. SOLUTION: Inner packaging paper 30 is wrapped, via a double-side adhesive tape 32, around the outer peripheral face of a loading plate 2 on which a bundle 20 of lamination of lithographic printing plates are placed. The short sides 30S and long sides 30L of the inner packaging paper 30 are folded inside, and thus the bundle 20 of the lamination of the lithographic printing plates in stack is wrapped. In this case, after the inner packaging paper 30 is wrapped around the outer periphery of the loading plate 2, the short edges of the loading plate 2 is pressed by a pressing bar 50 from above the inner packaging paper 30, thereby preliminarily sticking the inner packaging paper 30 to the outer periphery of the loading plate 2. Thereafter, the pressing roller 60 is rotated along the outer periphery of the loading plate 2 from above the inner packaging paper 30, thereby actually sticking the outer packaging paper 30 to the outer periphery of the loading plate 2.
