PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator capable of sufficiently securing an effective volume of liquid refrigerant without restricted in a height space, and to provide a refrigerating device comprising the accumulator. SOLUTION: An inflow pipe 42 and an outflow pipe 43 opened to an upper space inside of a container body 41, is connected to the container body 41 of the accumulator 40. A supporting plate 50 is disposed between a lower side of the container body 41 and a floor surface.
