PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme water-producing apparatus comprising an activated liquid tank, an enzyme agent supply means, a water supply means for supplying diluting water, and a heat-insulating means for heat-insulating an enzyme solution prepared by diluting an enzyme preparation, wherein the enzyme preparation can more simply be supplemented. SOLUTION: This enzyme water-producing apparatus is characterized in that the enzyme preparation is stored in an exchange container comprising a container main body 8A having an opening portion and a lid member which is connected to a connection portion disposed in the opening portion to close the opening portion, and the enzyme preparation supply means have a substitute lid member 48 which can be connected to the container main body 8A to close the opening portion of the container main body 8A in stead of the lid member of the exchange container, a pipe line-forming member 25 which is inserted into a penetrated hole formed in the substitute lid member 48 to make the inside of the container main body 8A to communicate with the activated liquid tank T, and a setting means KP for setting the amount of the enzyme preparation supplied from the exchange container to the activated liquid tank through the pipe line-forming member 25.
